I finished my Wilton Cake decorating class Course #3 tonight. I learned how to make beautiful real looking flowers out of fondant and gum paste. It was fun. I start course 4 on Friday to learn even more types of flowers. For my final cake I used fondant to cover the cake and made a bow like a present. I like decorating cakes. Its a lot of work but its fun.
